WPC Frames, Doors & Boards

WPC frames, doors, and boards refer to products made from Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), a hybrid engineered material combining wood fibers or wood powder with thermoplastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This composite material merges the natural look and feel of wood with the durability, moisture resistance, and low maintenance properties of plastic. WPC typically consists of about 70% virgin polymer (plastic), 15% wood powder or wood fibers, and 15% additive chemicals. The wood component provides aesthetic appeal while the plastic component gives strength and moisture resistance.

NFC Frames, Doors and Boards

NFC frames, doors, and boards refer to products made from Natural Fibre Composite (NFC), an innovative, eco-friendly material combining natural fibers (often agricultural husks) with polymer resins such as PVC. This composite material offers a sustainable alternative to conventional wood, plywood, and MDF, emphasizing durability, moisture resistance, and environmental friendliness. NFC is made by mixing natural fibers with virgin PVC resin, minerals, additives, and stabilizers, then extruded under heat and pressure to form boards, doors, and door frames. This results in dense, strong, and dimensionally stable products that do not use any wood, helping preserve natural forests.
